Inserting Plug P3

The Inserting Plug IP system is designed to shut off flow in a live main pipeline without service interruption. A divided tee is installed at the designated location, followed by under-pressure boring and insertion of a fixed plug to isolate the flow.

Live Flow Shutoff
The plug can be installed without stopping water supply, allowing continuous operation during maintenance or system upgrades.
Fixed-Type Plug
The plug is non-operable once inserted, providing a secure and permanent shutoff solution.
Expandable System
Optional second valves or drainage systems can be incorporated as needed.
Flexible Installation
Can be installed at any point on the pressurized main, offering versatility across various applications.
